Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally to the following countries and regions:
USA, Canada, Australia, UK, EU countries (Germany, France, Spain, etc.), and various Asian countries (China, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, etc.)

2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
Orders are shipped from Japan using international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or EMS (Japan Post). A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Processing time: 7–14 business days
Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days after shipment (may vary depending on destination)
*Delays may occur due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or local delivery issues.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount (limited to eligible regions).

5. Duties and Taxes
Prices shown do not include duties or taxes. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with DDP terms.
Normally, no additional payment is required at the time of delivery. However, in exceptional cases, additional charges may occur due to customs decisions or regulatory changes.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or failure to pay import duties/taxes,
we will issue a refund after deducting the original shipping cost, return shipping fees, and any handling or customs-related charges.
- The original shipping fee (even if the order qualified for free shipping)
- Return shipping costs, duties, and any associated fees
- If you wish to have the item re-shipped, you will be required to pay the shipping cost again
*In cases where the total amount of deductions exceeds the product price, no refund will be issued.

1. 配送対象国
当店は、以下の国・地域への国際配送を承っております：

※配送可能な国・地域は変更される場合があります。
2. 配送業者と追跡
商品は日本国内より、DHL・FedEx・EMS（日本郵便）などの国際配送業者を利用して発送いたします。
発送後、追跡番号をメールにてお知らせいたします。
3. 配送までの日数
ご注文から発送まで：通常7〜14営業日
お届けまでの目安：発送後、5〜14営業日（国や地域により異なります）
※通関手続き・天候・現地配送事情により遅延が発生する場合がございます。
4. 配送料金
配送料はご注文時に自動計算され、チェックアウト画面に表示されます。
5. 関税・輸入税
商品の表示価格には関税および税金は含まれておりません。
関税・税金・通関手数料は、DDP条件に基づきチェックアウト時に計算・加算されます。
通常、商品お受け取り時に追加のお支払いは発生しませんが、
税関判断や法規制の変更等により、例外的に追加費用が発生する場合があります。
6. 配送先住所の誤りについて
ご登録の配送先情報に誤りがあった場合、再送にかかる送料はお客様負担となります。
ご注文前に必ずご確認ください。

8. 受け取り拒否・長期不在による返品について
お客様が商品のお受け取りを拒否された場合や、長期不在などにより商品が当店へ返送された場合、
返金対象となるのは商品代金から実費送料・返送料・手数料等を差し引いた金額となります。
・初回発送時の送料（送料無料注文の場合も実費相当）
・返送にかかる送料・関税・手数料（実費）
・再発送をご希望の場合は、再度送料を頂戴いたします
※上記費用を差し引いた結果、返金対象額がゼロまたはマイナスになる場合、返金は行われません。
